The primary strategy of CC-OPS revolves around our C3 Methodology.
C3 is a process based strategy where resources and knowledge are shared among CC-OPS team members. For example, our Consultants will share their expertise and information on various documents including solutions integration templates and best practices tools. This results in value added solutions for our clients. C3 utilizes an ordered process that demonstrates the flow of an average engagement. The CC-OPS C3 strategy encompasses three primary areas: Connect, Control, and Complete. |
| The Connect process covers the necessary steps relationship management which details the types of business we look for, creating the most comprehensive scope of work and finally the process of transitioning the account from our sales department to our operations department. |
The Control process covers the necessary steps in project management which ensures all of our projects are completed on time, under budget, and provide the most scalability for future growth. There are four phases to our project management approach which are:
| Phase |
Action |
| Initiation |
Kick off the engagement |
| Planning |
Develop a comprehensive plan for the engagement |
| Implementation & Control |
Do the work. This is where the engagement is planned, designed, implemented, and operated (in line with the PDIO model). |
| Closeout |
Close out the engagement in an orderly fashion, documenting the results, ensuring the client is satisfied and identifying future business opportunities. |
The third and most critical phase of our C3 strategy is to successfully complete the project. Within this phase, it is our goal to measure project completion by fulfilling critical milestones set forth in the Connect and Control stages.
CC-OPS uses the C3 strategy to improve efficiency, productivity, and to provide exemplary project management and quality in all of our deliverables. |
