Solution: Developed a solution that entailed PC maintenance and repair for all models of IBM, Apple, clones, etc. Performed site planning, network support and software configuration and support.

Solution: Successfully developed telecommunication plans and needs assessment for PBD sites. These installations include voice, fiber, video, Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, switching, ISDN, hubs, routers, switches, concentrators, PBX and Voice messaging systems.

Challenge: Distribute and Support rollout of a statewide application every 6 weeks
Solution: Developed an infrastructure to support rollout and software distribution to over 5500 users, 48 sites, and service including LAN/WAN support services.
