CC-OPS / BAE TEAM Awarded 5 Billion Dollar GSA Connections II Contract

CC-OPS is one of the subcontractors on the BAE Systems team, that was recently selected as an awardee on GSA’s CONNECTIONS II Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC). The nine-year, three-month, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract has a potential value of $5 billion among all 21 industry awardees.
CONNECTIONS II provides contractor support for federal agencies’ equipment, labor, building, and campus infrastructure solution needs, including: Infrastructure design, installation, and implementation Professional services to support existing networks Transition planning and integration services Customized client-specific systems.

Sea Launch to Stream Live Broadcast of the ATLANTIC BIRD™ 7 Spacecraft

LONG BEACH, CA - 09/23/11 | On September 24th at 13:18 PDT (20:18 GMT/UTC) Sea Launch will launch the ATLANTIC BIRD™ 7 spacecraft. A live broadcast of the launch is scheduled to begin approximately 15 minutes before lift-off. CC-OPS has two technicians at sea on the command ship providing technical support.
Sea Launch provides launch services to the commercial satellite industry. It offers services to launch heavy commercial communications satellites to orbit from a platform at sea. CC-OPS currently supports Sea Launch with IT support services including: Day-to-Day Desktop & Help Desktop Support, Data Protection and Backup, 0n-Line (cloud) Software Migration Services, Server Migration, PBX VoIP Migration, Enterprise Wireless Planning and Implementation and On-board IT Support for launch operations at sea.

CC-OPS Wins Multi-Year Contract with Large Aerospace Corporation

Culver City – On February 01, 2010, CC-OPS will begin work with one of the largest aerospace corporations in a two year contract that includes an option for six additional years. The contract calls for the support of over 64 thousand assets spread across 266 locations in 40 states. This will effectively double the territory covered in CC-OPS’ current contract with the corporation. The project will generate roughly $1M per month in service only revenue. In order to accommodate the demands of the project, CC-OPS will hire between 65-100 additional expert technicians and engineers.
