Sea Launch S.a.r.l. provides launch services to the commercial satellite industry. It offers services to launch heavy commercial communications satellites to orbit from a platform at sea. The company provides payload processing and integration, and telemetry tracking services. It also offers land launch services for medium weight satellites, with launch operations originating from the Baikonur Space Center in Kazakhstan. The company was founded in 1995 and is based in Long Beach, California.
